What to expect when you book a consultation?
We will ask you to complete a health questionnaire online prior to your appointment. This gives us a brief history of your health including all medications and supplements you are currently taking, enabling us to best use your time in consultation together.
Why does it cost so much?
Initially the consult fee may look to be a lot, but please bear in mind the initial consultation is one hour of in-depth discussion. In addition to this is the preparation done on our part both before and after your appointment to ensure we can provide you with the best and most recent information regarding your health concerns.
What happens during a consultation ?

Your consultation includes a comprehensive casetake to give us a better idea of what could be affecting your health.

At the initial appointment or within 1 week if further research and information is required a health plan will be given to you which will include dietary and lifestyle recommendations, herbal medicine, Bach flower remedies and Nutritional supplements if required.
Further testing may be recommended.

Above all you should leave feeling you have been given guidance, support and inspiration to achieve your health goals and become the person you want to.

Why do I need a follow up?

These are generally ½ hour to 1 hour long and are structured to monitor the effectiveness of your treatment plan and health progression as well as providing on going support and education.

The follow up schedule will vary according to the complexity of your case and the time needed to reduce symptoms and address the underlying causes. These sessions will also be used to discuss test results and address any concerns you may have.

How long will treatment take?
This can vary depending on what’s happening with your health, how much support you need and how compliant you are in following your treatment plan.
Shorter appointments
These are available for acute conditions such as colds and flu.
What if I can’t come during your opening hours?

Appointments may be available outside normal office hours by arrangement. Contact us now to look for a convenient time.

Cancellation Policy

Except for emergency situations if you fail to turn up for your appointment without letting us know before hand you will be asked to pay a consultation fee.

If we need to cancel without giving at least 24 hours notice your next scheduled appointment will be free.
