What happens during a consultation ?
Your consultation includes a comprehensive casetake to give us a better idea of what could be affecting your health.
At the initial appointment or within 1 week if further research and information is required a health plan will be given to you which will include dietary and lifestyle recommendations, herbal medicine, Bach flower remedies and Nutritional supplements if required.
Further testing may be recommended.
Above all you should leave feeling you have been given guidance, support and inspiration to achieve your health goals and become the person you want to.
Why do I need a follow up?
These are generally ½ hour to 1 hour long and are structured to monitor the effectiveness of your treatment plan and health progression as well as providing on going support and education.
The follow up schedule will vary according to the complexity of your case and the time needed to reduce symptoms and address the underlying causes. These sessions will also be used to discuss test results and address any concerns you may have.

Cancellation Policy
Except for emergency situations if you fail to turn up for your appointment without letting us know before hand you will be asked to pay a consultation fee.
If we need to cancel without giving at least 24 hours notice your next scheduled appointment will be free.
